Tina and the crew did an excellent job. Got me what I needed loan wise and customer service was amazing.
Waste of time and gas. I asked adi (not sure if spelled right) for pricing on an item over the phone, when arrived the price had doubled 🥴 I was so disappointed I was lied to, they must have new employees who are still having trouble with pricing. Craig would never do this to me!!! Sad to say its time to change locations but glad they say their names over the phone, otherwise I wouldn't have known who had given me the "price."
Addy had me on hold over the phone for over 10 minutes for a simple yes or no question . Please train your employees better as I'm a loyal costumer to Cash Pawn .
DO NOT USE THE LAYAWAY!!! This place is a rip off I came in with cash to purchase a gold necklace. The manager told me if I did layaway instead of cash he would go me a 30% discount. I asked if there were any fees or hidden costs. He stated no. I missed due date by 3 days after paying a total of $500 and lost my money to restocking fees and walked away with a $77 in store credit. I offered to buy item outright that day, no cooperation. He also refused to provide a statement showing what I paid and restocking fees charged.
Tina came right in greeted a customer near her at the register as she clocked in. The she called me to the register for service. I was waiting because the other 2 gentlemen was busy. They speak and said I would be next. Tina has GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE she deserves a raise!!!Thank you Tina for your service.
