The Staff at this location has always shown me excellent customer service…. I appreciate them taking time to explain to me how they operate and supplying me with what I need at the time..
Measurable people, terrible service. I came here because another pawn shop told me to come Check them out for coins when I walked in I asked if they had any coins or gold bars they said no really quickly And ignored me. I was there to buy silver or gold no matter what, but I didn't get any service, so I asked him if their stuff was for sale because nobody helped me or acknowledged me. So I walked out. I hope they get better.
I just want to say I have pawned the same jewelry. I had multiple times. With a manger that usually gives me the max amount because I always pawn and get it right back out. Today I went in and there were different faces not the same people that usually are there. They refused to pawn my jewelry and said they could not test it out because they had to burn my necklace in order to test it. Mind you I have pawned the same jewelry there before multiple times!
