They list items on Facebook marketplace and then don't remove the listing or mark it as sold when it does sell. Save yourself a trip and call first. Manager was helpful when I came in looking for the item.
Horrible place Walter and Hannah are rude have bad customer service and messed up attitude, if they have a preference of people they want to do business with they should open their own company verses treating certain people like crap. I will never do business with them again, if you can not give a star I would have I see why Manny lefted and went to another job.
this store sells BROKEN items and reassures you that they’re selling it almost like new. what a disgrace of business this pawnshop has become.
Customer service is great and they are respectful and patient with you but most of all they are helpful when needed
