These guys are good they're fair and I would highly recommend them! I talked to Doc Holliday Pawn about my inverter generator runs great but has a little damage to the outside I told them this and they said well bring it up here and let us have a look at it and I go all the way up there and then they say oh we can't take it with any damage. By far the WORST place to do business with. Highly unprofessional and unethical practices. Bruce the guy in “charge’ was bullying the worker that was leading me to the counter for assistance. Mind you, I can understand that there could have been some issues going on. However, professionalism and customer service should stand ground above all else. If the employee requires redirection or reprimand then escort them in a professional manner away from customers as not to embarrass them or yourself. Instead this “wannabe manager”... read more
