They are extremely rude...we to get something out of pawn and a girl who works there and clearly thinks she is it...lol...just walked away after we told her what we wanted and helped someone else. When asked if she was going to help us she said "when I'm ready to help you will know"... Terrible place to do business
Bought an amplifier this guy sold it to seem nice guy not much of a good deal he gave me I ask if they check items before bought ask more then 3 times he gave his word there working I took to get perfesonly done by a tech told me amp was working but defective sad I'm losing money when a business sells items defective and not useful called them to try work sum out no money ask but they want me to put more money in to receive sum credit I most be a fool
If I could give negative stars I would. This place is awful! Don’t waste your time or money coming here!
Tom didn’t want to work with me when I had just purchased a laptop not even a week ago , he isn’t great to work with at all like the past staff , also I’ve been going to them for 5 years being that I live right down the road. After today I won’t be using that location ANYMORE !
