I had an issue with a Mens Ring that turned out not to be what I expected. Chance is the Manager. He handled the situation very professionally. Pawn Shops can have a bad wrap sometimes. Myself, I love them. You can find so many good deals sometimes. This is one of the better stores in all of DFW, which I have been to at least 35 - 40 different ones and branches. I appreciate the service received. Thanks guys.

Jessica lied on what she can do. I went to the same company but different location and the offered me almost twice as much. When I confronted her, she ran to the back instead if talking to me. She is purely trying to get that commission. She's should be fired. Not a manager. I'm going to share this on every platform. Found her on media already. JESSICA LEOS IS NOT HONEST. She is your typical shady salesperson
Don't go here, this place is a scam. Beware, I wished we had listened to my friend about making a purchase at this location, but now we know.
