I called and the young person gave me an attitude and I just asked a question, which I have called to ask the same question and another person helped me with no problem. Person was very shocked when I responded with kindness. Just wanted to ensure the rudeness is shared here so people can make a logical choice to go and deal with attitudes or not.
SO I WENT THERE TO SELL AN ORANGE WATCH ....THEY ARE WONDERFUL!!!!! THE MANAGER TAMMY WAS VERY HELPFUL AND GAVE ME A GREAT PRICE!!!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PAWN SHOP....😁

Horrible. They told me they would allow a grace period. I moved to Houston thinking I had the grace period. To be told I had to come in store to reinstate since it was forfeited. I can’t just randomly drive to Dallas from Houston. If he would have told me it would he forfeited and I had to come back up there I wouldn’t have even gone through the trouble.
