They are more fair then most pawn shops, they offer about the same of any other and the people there are always nice, besides a lady that I won't mention, just seems to be shes always irritable and if you asked her for help she would act like you were bothering her or annoying her. I found a kitchen scale that I liked, and I requested to test it before purchase, the sales clerk (an older woman with Grey hair) put new batteries in it, and it still did not come on, it did not work.
