Very unprofessional and outdated services. If you do not pick up your goods that youve gotten a loan on before, they will tell you that you will only get HALF of an amount you request as punishment for losing your items!! That's ridiculous! Also, if you are paying on a layaway, you cannot just simply make a payment over the phone or go online like EZ Pawn let's you do, but rather you have to drive every time you make a payment!
