I put an item in lay a way and miss a payment. I was supposed to pay on the 3rd but couldn’t make it. I thought they were closed for the forth of July apparently they wasn’t. When I went to make a payment that Monday they said my item was already lost. Now I put $300 on this item and none of my money is refunded and I can’t get store credit
Literally the worst place when it comes to just going in and out. They take almost 30 min on a slow day just for them to take a payment and bring your item from the back. It should not take that long when theirs only like 3 people inside. Don’t go here if you’re in a rush cuz they will definitely take their sweet time. Horrible business!!
SHAY was amazing and treated us very well she helped us with selling and buying and had great patience.
