Really annoyed they keep calling me to try and pick up the switch I lent out. When I found out the percentile raised and it’s cost me MORE. To buy it back then what I was loaned I decided they can keep it. Now they are mad they have it and keep calling me to get it. No? Infact that was the switch THEY sold me. So not my problem if y’all can’t sell it! 🤣
Absolutely the worst employees I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. This store is absolutely awful. Such a poorly run store!!! Went in to loan a tool that I had loaned and picked up multiple times I brought in a battery to show that is works well. They guys said I need that battery and a charger I said no my price is not increasing to the value of the battery and charger why would do that. This used to be a neighborhood gem where you could find some cool stiff but today I went in after being away for a year driving cross country and the staff there seemed so unwelcoming…. Five staff members only me and another customer in the store, but only one person helping people after telling them. I wanted to buy a ring. Everyone looked busy and well I felt compelled to leave. Odd energy… doesn’t feel the same anymore. Wouldn’t recommend. My loss but I can’t shop where I feel I’m being a bother
Ruben the manager is a liar and breaks company policy treating customers wrongly for employee benefit. Had some nonsense trying to manipulate me into putting items into layaway saying if I didn't put them into layaway I would pay a higher price over $100 more. Playing me for corporate games and pissing me off trying to waste my time and gas for their corporate numbers.
