Great customer service, every associate came over and helped me with what I need.
Horrible service and awful manager. Had a 3DS set aside to come in and purchase, was told it would be between $50-80 at first. Then the price changes to $100, no room for negotiation. Then I get a call that even though I had been assured I could come in later in the afternoon and pick it up, the manager sold it out from under me to another customer without giving me the opportunity to come in when I had already set aside time in my day to drive out for it. I'm so disappointed with cash America every time ,I try to do business with them disappoint me. I purchased a drill that was not charged and even after, I told the management, voided my purchase only to take $10 dollar from me for restocking fee. I'm so sick of these people, it's not the business as a whole, because Cash America has a lot of wonderful employees, but this one in particular their customer service stinks.

Aggregious behavior for a pawn shop -- Reselling outright junk (likely on purpose) for quick income! Would rate 0 stars if possible. Went here on the 17th to browse the storefront and see if I was interested in anything to buy. I noticed that this location in particular had two matching air purifiers for sale, next to each-other on a top shelf.
