I'm so disappointed with cash America every time ,I try to do business with them disappoint me. I purchased a drill that was not charged and even after, I told the management, voided my purchase only to take $10 dollar from me for restocking fee. I'm so sick of these people, it's not the business as a whole, because Cash America has a lot of wonderful employees, but this one in particular their customer service stinks.

Aggregious behavior for a pawn shop -- Reselling outright junk (likely on purpose) for quick income! Would rate 0 stars if possible. Went here on the 17th to browse the storefront and see if I was interested in anything to buy. I noticed that this location in particular had two matching air purifiers for sale, next to each-other on a top shelf. Great service ,They even gave me water on a hot day.
I didn’t know what to expect at a pawnshop, but it was better than I ever could’ve expected. It was very clean and they had a large inventory. All the workers were kind and patient, but the worker that helped me out the most was a lady named Kathy. And she was really patient with me and she helped me out with my loan
