All they do is avoid giving you a straight answer... and they will refuse to make you an offer on an item, especially a high end jewelry. They'll ask you, How much do you need? If I could give 0 stars I would. Husband bought me a fitbit. It worked fine for a couple weeks and then the battery stopped holding a charge. So the receipt said 30 guarantee. Yeah nope I go to return it and I am told even though I have the same last name I can't return it he has to. On top of that they only have a 7 day money back guarantee. So right now I am out $60. What ever you do don't go to their store. They dont care about their customers they are only looking at the money.

I went to take something out of pawn they ran my credit card then come back and say they cant do that I need cash gave me a refund slip for the funds to go back onto my card and iam still fighting to get it back never again will I do business with cashland
I generally don't need to use cashland, but they generally are very helpful. One flaw, I wanted a loan on a ring, which I used before....and this time they tell me it is not real gold even after the scratch test? I got this ring at Helzberg jewelrs! I was like what the heck. Ended up with a payday loan...it all worked out..
Worst place to go for pawns. The fees are crazy high and the give you the least amount of money for your pawn.
items here for over so price you would be better off going to Walmart and buying it new.. Also I didn't like that fact that they take my I.d. and locked the store door to check out a wedding ring for me girlfriend I would never come back here
