I want to address this issue I've been seeing in the store while waiting in line. These people are understaffed and trying their best to help everyone. Today I saw a bad example where this Hispanic dude just commented a review on the store saying he was mistreated. Don't be commenting lies on these people business because it affects us good clients. Buy warranty always if yall wanna return items. No reason why I should see a grown man yelling at a whole female over a drill. Be fr yall.
Be careful when visiting Cash America Pawn. I noticed Hispanic customers were treated in a rude and dismissive way, while white customers received much friendlier service. Everyone deserves the same respect regardless of background.
Yesterday I went to Cash America Pawn because I urgently needed a drill to complete a job. Since they were nearby, I decided to stop there and buy one. At the store, I tested the drill and it turned on, so I thought everything was fine. However, once I actually tried to use it for work, I realized it had no power at all and the drill just slips and does not work properly. Me and my dad always are returning customers who brings our items in constantly, and who never had an issue with the anything. But when receiving an amount for an item that I have history with recently, that amount was lowballed despite the history I have with the location and item. Be aware of certain people trying to take advantage of lowballing your items
