Head manager sold me a speaker for 5.00 that didn't work & wouldn't take the trash back. But Gracie offered to add it to a purchase item for me. My husband and I have spent thousands at this location over the years. I have a layaway there now once I get everything out we will find a new shop to spend with. It's not about the 5.00 it's the principal you don't treat your loyal customers like that. Their system is down which is understandable. But they wont even let you go in to look around. Saw they had an item I was looking for but guess I'll just go to another location instead.
The girls there are really nice and helpful. I started coming to this location when I moved to this neighborhood. If your looking for deals this is the place for you
