Alice sold me a broken Xbox and controller with warranty when I called and told them less than 24hrs later they told me bring it back. When I got there they said the warranty was wrong and wouldn’t let me exchange or return the item Gabby was no help either. SAVE YOUR MONEY. They’re literally selling broken items. Employees also intentionally will give you the wrong number if you ask to speak to corporate. This location is by far the worse I’ve been to. This place is beyond unprofessional.
