Just called in and asked for pricing on ps5s lady who answered the phone was super rude didnt wanna help. Giving me attitude about having to come in like lady im calling so I dont have to waste my time, and her response in an ugly tone was "well, your going to have to wait. The sold me a broken ps4 awhile ago and told me all sales were final. Yea avoid this pawn shop at all costs.
I just simply want to state shopping and having business with Cash America. Have been of great service very professional, respectful and helpful. Robin is very well mannered and professional. Gabby very sweet and sincere also managing oriented. September 10th. 2025. Very pleased with my service there.
