I had an amazing experience at Cash America! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was excellent. Emilio was especially helpful, professional, and friendly. He made the whole process smooth and easy, answered all my questions, and really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. It’s rare to find such great service these days, but Emilio truly made the visit a great one. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a positive, stress-free experience!

The employees are arguing with each other while I’m shopping. I purchased a gun because it came with three extra magazines and the case after I filled the paperwork out and paid I was informed the gun did not come with the extra magazines or case! I was then told I could get a refund, but that would not take any more money off of the price. I paid when they should have because the gun didn’t have extra accessories I was paying for. All in all I wasted two days of my time And I will never go back
Such a scam… sold a decent gaming pc with two monitors and only got 500 bucks, now I call back to see how much it is to buy back and they are charging 1500 bucks. So basically I got scammed out of 1000 dollars, DO NOT SELL HERE!!!
