This business is all about making money no matter what. When you pawn items that are great sellers you better make sure you go and pick it up on the due date and not a minute after because they will pull your items at the end of the close date to be sold. Even had them call me and hang up the day before when I answered. Come to find out they sold that item also. I called in the very next morning and advised I would like to pick up my item. Extremely unprofessional and rude wanted to spend money with them, but they had no customer service skills what so ever!
Visited the store today and bought almost $800 worth of merchandise. Before deal was made, confirmed multiple times with associate thru store mgr final merchandise price will be out of door, I.e., tax not included. Upon check out, store mgr changed his mind and claimed tax has to be included due to low prices and computer software restrictions.
