Took my mother to sell jewelry and the price was ridiculous $120.00 but here's the kicker, I had the same jewelry appraised at a competitor before and was quoted $750.00 so I confronted the store with receipt in hand and store full of customers I'm glad I did it ripping off people is not right and I feel right for bringing them into the light 🫡🤠
Worst pawn shop in Rosenberg i went there today and bought a tool it dint work talm back with in 1 hour and they since I didn't pay and extra 10 they will not take it back she only gave 40 back of the 70 I paid I could not try it because the battery was dead but the other sales lady new it didn't work and she didn't tell the lady that sold to me I won't ever go back

Honestly if I could leave it a zero stars I would. There’s an older lady named CARMEN that works there that is just absolutely rude and is completely clueless as to what she’s doing or when it comes down to products. I went in there with the intent to pawn/sell and she immediately started trying to shut down the transaction without even seeing what it was.
