Honestly if I could leave it a zero stars I would. There’s an older lady named CARMEN that works there that is just absolutely rude and is completely clueless as to what she’s doing or when it comes down to products. I went in there with the intent to pawn/sell and she immediately started trying to shut down the transaction without even seeing what it was. I will never send anyone to this pawn shop I had stuff pond in this pawn shop for a while and paid and paid on it every time it was due they always sent me a text message when I was due and never got a text message the day I lost my stuff the stuff I lost was very dear to me and this female that was there told me I lost it and then when I went to go look for it in the jewelry case it wasn't there and she acted like it was nothing she just said oh it's been sold already never got a text message or anything stating that my stu... read more
