Best place I've ever gone for my financial assistance needs. I've always received fair compensation for my items at this location. The staff is friendly and several know my brother n I by sight. Joel in particular has been a huge help to us. Its too bad that the location at/near Streamwood is such a different environment. That location has very rude staff and only likes high priced items, for which you aren't offered much.stick to the one in Aurora, they're awesome!
The worst – I just had the worse experience ever... Pawn shops I understand also have to make money on the stuff that they bring in, BUT don't you think you need an expert to look at the items that people bring in..
