Customer service is quite extraordinary!
Black manger has a nasty ass attitude... They refused to let me pick up my item in loan with ID but said I could buy jewelry without one... I brought some diamond earrings and the girl had them wrapped up before I could check them but I brought so much jewelry from them I thought nothing of it... The backs aren't real and don't match and the diamonds isn't real... They're final sale... I would never go back to the pawnshop...
The young man with the dreads needs a class on customer service. Real bad attitude.
