Brandon offered me a pawn price for Diamond earrings and diamond rings. I asked him for a breakdown on price offered on each. He said $315 for rings and $75 for earrings. After asking for sale price, he had allegedly made a mistake on earrings then offered half of what he originally offered. Dudes are full of it. Be prepared for it.
I just moved here to be closer to family. I've dealt with Cash America for decades. One of my best friends is a jeweler for them. I rolled up to this Cash America in a brand new $50,000 truck. Dressed nice and clean with new electronics that I needed to pawn to make ends meet through the move. The guy made the deal with me, whenever I gave him my ID it was from out of state, he treated me like a criminal and told me he didn't want to do the business. I've never been so insulted in my life. My significant other pawned three firearms at this location and was told he had to pay on his maturity date to retrieve them. He explicitly asked if he could come the following day to pay because they would be closed when he got off, but the staff insisted he would lose them if he didn’t come back that day. We later discovered he actually had a 30-day grace period from said maturity date —something they completely failed to mention.
