Went to this pawn shop recently and was disappointed by the staff's behavior. I was looking at rings and saw such a nice ring for a really good price. It was apparently labeled incorrectly but the first staff member didn't tell us until we wanted to purchase it. Even then, she didn't tell us about their pricing error. Instead she gave a generic excuse and ran off to the back. She never came back and her manager came out instead. Assistant managers are jerks and taking advantage of people. I went to buy an item and it was listed it comes with case, but the workers apparently take the cases from your items and then sell them for money when they’re not supposed to. I asked to change the price a small amount to reflect the fact they sold the case and Christine or crystal or whatever her name is refused. BS I ended up paying more for an item than I should have because originally it came with a case, so they sold the item for higher to me and sold the cas... read more
