I bought a dewalt drill, went home and it’s garbage, didn’t work at all. I called them up and asked if I could bring it back and exchange it. They refused to do anything for me. I have a hard time believing they would purchase something without testing it, which means they knowingly sold me a piece of garbage. Great business model. Went to this pawn shop recently and was disappointed by the staff's behavior. I was looking at rings and saw such a nice ring for a really good price. It was apparently labeled incorrectly but the first staff member didn't tell us until we wanted to purchase it. Even then, she didn't tell us about their pricing error.
