One of the best examples of customer service is at Cash America on Meridian. My memory is shot right now but the lovely lady who helped my friend and I was absolutely fantastic. She greeted us immediately and offered her assistance if we needed it. She gave us the time to browse without pushing for a sale and when I needed her assistance, she dropped whatever she was doing and came right away. Cash American Pawn Meridian is hands down the best pawn shop around! The customer service is absolutely amazing—everyone is welcoming, helpful, and genuinely wants to assist you in finding exactly what you need. Their prices are great and very fair, especially compared to other places. Just a heads-up: if it’s your first time pawning, you might not get as much as someone who’s been there multiple times and built a good history—but that’s pretty standard. Overall, highly recommend!

I have always loved shopping and getting loans from this store. The manager Amber and her assistant managers Anderson, Ty, a latina repping the LGBTQ+ community, and a big dude with a red beard have always been so professional, welcoming, fun, and fair.
