I went to this pawnshop on 10/1/25 to get a loan on a pair of gold earrings I bought from Cash America in Auburn. I was told that my jewelry was FAKE. I snatched my stuff and walked out. I go to Cash America in Auburn 10/3/25 and instantly got a loan - no questions. When I get my chain out this Puyallup store - I will NEVER RETURN and keep driving all the way to Auburn and continue doing business with them.
Just left this pawn shop. My wife and I went to possibly sell her wedding ring and band to maybe get a new one. Walked in and was greeted kindly by someone who looked like a manager. He passed us off to a worker named Tyler. Seemed like a cool dude at first. He asked what we came in for and I said we want to possibly sell and see what we could get for the ring and band. I just wanted to say the staff here are awesome I ran out of gas and didnt really have anything they wanted to buy from me and they still did just to help me out . That was really cool most places wouldn't help customers like they do. Highly recommend
