I will NEVER do business with Cash america pawn ever again. They sold me some equipment and a couple of weeks later it quit working. I called to inquire and I was told over the phone that I did not purchase a warranty, so there was nothing they could do. I was NOT offered a warranty at time of purchase but they didn’t care. The equipment should not have been on the floor to be sold if it didn’t work properly. But I guess it’s my fault I should have known better. Smh I don’t see how that’s good customer service
Always good service. Been coming in for 10 years and always have had a positive experience. Staff is usually pretty friendly and knowledgeable. Even when the manager Ash is busy, she makes a point to greet me and tell me to grab her if I have any questions or want to test anything. I appreciate being allowed to browse without feeling rushed. She looks things up for me when I have asked because the cell service inside is spotty. Definitely recommend this place over all other pawn shops in town. This is my first and only revie... read more
Place will hand you what ever they want to give you without even talking to you for you items. I took a ac unit in and the lady was asking me to sign a paper for a amount but the thing is they didn’t even ask me what I wanted for my item them Just said here sign here. I’d recommend not taking anything here if that’s how they do business

this is my favorite pawnshop and its close to my house and oh yeah i love dakota she is such a sweetheart and very understandable she is such a good worker n very nice she is like the face of the company lol
