Terrible! They have a child working behind the counter who knows nothing but swear she knows everything & they lowball. I went to the EZ pawn shop across the street with the same exact items & got way more than what they were offering! Definitely scamming wouldn’t recommend

This Cash America On Indianapolis in Hammond has the greatest team, their customer service is amazing, they always treat me great and always give me TOP$ for my loaned items. Today I had to return an Xbox I bought because it wasn't reading discs and they switched it for me no problem. Thank you Crystal & Team! Yall are awesome!
