The negative reviews about this store aren’t exaggerating — if anything, they’re being generous. The manager lady is rude, unprofessional, and clearly not capable of handling even basic pressure without letting her attitude take over. The staff looked completely clueless, like no one had any idea what they were doing. With 3–4 employees standing around, it still took over 30 minutes just to get help. Sold me a tv that went black screen a month later I’m so mad DONT GO TO THIS PAWN SHOP
I wouldn't give them 1 star. They make up the lowest price they they can give you back, tried to say they paid me after giving me the receipt I had to sign with the bullshit total of what they'll buy my item for but didn't even give me the money, had to argue with a group of immature, unnecessarily loud, and very disrespectful women to get my money. I wouldn't recommend anyone to step foot in this place. Just sad and pathetic.
