These people are definitely bugging. Only idiots probably come here to sell their stuff because they don't offer anything for nothing you have. Waited in line for 30 minutes drove all the way up there after they offered me $160 for my PS5. It's working and in great condition but they said because it's dusty yes literally because it's dusty they offered $30. I favor this one over the others most definitely! Pawn shops are getting higher priced as are Thrift stores....but if you don't like what your looking at, don't buy it! I have always had good customer service here, the others not so much🤔
Now I see why the reviews are so terrible. Sent my daughter in to price my 14k white gold with pink sapphire engagement set and came out with the entire rhodium coating missing and multiple scratches on the band. She she he "dipped the whole ring in acid" then scratched the outer surface several times rather than inside the band. When I called to ask what type of acid was used on the 14K WHITE GOLD set, he said "14k gold wash" which is extremely laughable considering that's not a type of acid or how you test jewelry. Worst service ever , it's a black short guy with a McDonald's hairline who is very rude , and a woman with glasses who can't read nor work the computer . Place is pathetic... definitely lowball even lower than most pawn shops ...DO NOT COME HERE !!!
