Shauna need to be retrained. She has a lack there of in to many areas.. She's insulting customers thats trying to make a deal with her back turned making smart remarks under her breath( "RUDENESS")...Smdh..... Jessica great customer service... Other employees staying busy but would probably be at another location...
Jessica has great customer service and needs her own store... Shauna on the other hand needs to be retrained so she can not mumble smart remarks under her breath at other customers while she turns her back just rude... Its very understood what shreveport neighbor"Hood" she from....
