My recent experience at this Cash America Pawn Shop was extremely disappointing due to the conduct of two managers, Gemani and Maritza. Both individuals consistently displayed behavior that I found disrespectful, uncomfortable, and highly unprofessional. Their attitude toward customers created a negative environment that made interactions feel tense and unwelcoming. Gemani was incredibly helpful! Cant say the same for Brooks, he was rude and dismissive. Gemani was a grand help, great customer service on his part ! Great deal!
