In a world where people are in need of a little compassion and courtesy Jose of Cash America Pawn couldn't care less. He is rude and condescending. He treats people like they don't matter and what they know does not matter. He will low ball you with lame excuses and zero evidence or research. He is incapable of customer service. Should be removed from his job and made to work away from other people. If Jose is at the counter, expect to have a miserable experience while he belittles you. Attitudes like his deserve adjustment.

Closes too early
Very helpful and friendly. Also, very welcoming and outgoing. Britney and Maritza were so nice and welcoming. Definitely will return in the future.
I came in to sell a few items. The employees were nice and products in the store were in good condition compared to other pawn shops. Pretty satisfied with my service.
