good people however clerk store failed to inform me about the process of fire arm purchases from the jump. This resulted in Waste of my fuel time and money due to failed communication. Overall it’s a good store.

In a world where people are in need of a little compassion and courtesy Jose of Cash America Pawn couldn't care less. He is rude and condescending. He treats people like they don't matter and what they know does not matter. He will low ball you with lame excuses and zero evidence or research. He is incapable of customer service. Should be removed from his job and made to work away from other people. If Jose is at the counter, expect to have a miserable experience while he belittles you. Attitudes like his deserve adjustment.
