Today I was at the this pawn shop with my husband looking for a saw. A young black guy with dreds said the female manager was gone to the gas station so he couldn't let anyone in. So we waited about 5 mins amd she came walking up. They had the saw we wanted but the young guy with the dreds said the system was down and only 3 people were allowed in the store at a time. very tall lady Very bad attitude, looking at me from the inside of the store, stuffing her face with potatoe chips armed folded. everyone.busy but her so when the first employee got finished with there customer. they let me in I went to the counter. the tall manager serviced me. Ignorant people
Customer service was decent but the products are faulty. Purchased the nicest lawn mower and it didn't start once I put gas in it. You can't make this up.
