Staff really treat people with kindness
My step mom pawned her pandora bracelet with a nut cracker charm and laptop here. They did not document the charm and upon pickup the bracelet had no charm. When she said something two employees immediately jumped to say there was no charm. My step mom is very attached to this specific bracelet and very aware of the charm. A photo was taken of the bracelet with the charm on it before they walked in so there’s no way the charm was not with it. These people are not only rude but scammers.
