More than pathetic experience. I came in to buy a bicycle from them. They had a few of them in pretty much bad condition with almost no air in tyres. I found one in little bit reasonable condition and it was a whooping 175$ for that condition. Now I wanted it ASAP so didn't get a chance to visit Walmart or Amazon otherwise I could have bought brand new from there. But here is the catch. I wish I could give 0 stars. i walked in at 10 AM no one spoke to me or made eye contact until 30 minutes later. When i finally arrived to the counter, they were full of annoyance due to all of the work they had not been up too, just to give me a hard time selling an echo home device because her telling you on the device how to set it up was not enough. I don't understand people's expectations. It's a pawn shop. It's used items. Either you want it or you don't 🤷. I've never experienced bad customer service here. However, I've witnessed impatient people/customers who clearly come with certain expectations that might not be met. If that's the case, then just go buy your items new or sell them elsewhere. It's that simple.
Got some “help” from KAREN here today. I would say I have never had customer service so terrible that i wanted to contemplate life. like what did i do to deserve to get treated like absolute dirt??? i’d rather paint a house with a toothbrush than to ever come here again, or atleast get help from KAREN. Im only posting this because i did put a good review here just because i wanted to show them i appreciate them when they do me right, but after this experience? never again.
Came here to pawn some things today and the staff was very patient with me! I appreciate the people that work here! I Will be back for more pawning ventures!
