I bought karaoke amp AND THE WARRANTY just in case, got it home and it had some issues, took it back in time, drove 45 miles to do this, started questioning me on what all was wrong, I said one thing is master volume didn't work, isn't that enough, evidently not, I just gave it back and ate the 50$, and was going to buy a bass guitar that day, but I will never go back
Don't go here. Very rude. Don't make a mistake on a gun form. They want you to prove who you are if you put your middle name. They wouldn't let you do it over. Their two fries short of a Happy Meal. Wanted my husband to go get a new license to prove who he was.
Never had a problem here. People need to realize that what they think their item is worth is usually not what it’s actually worth. I’ve had a couple of employees act like they hate their job but that’s just how things are sometimes…..You have to remember that they have to make a dollar if you don’t pick your stuff up and that’s the way they have to look at it. Absolutely Terrible, so I no longer had a PS5 but I still had the PS5 controller it was basically new I even had a duel charger for it and on Aug 1st 2025 is when I sold this stuff to this pawn shop as expensive as my stuff is all they gave me was $25 cause I needed a PS4 controller because that's the system I now have not only when I asked did they have the controller I guess they forgot they had one, they say they tested for aim drift and I play apex found out they lied about testing aim drift I open the controller to chec... read more
Worst pawn shop ever they try to low ball you on everything they accused me of stealing my own tools very unprofessional never go there Springtown is so much better
