I have just found out someone fraudulently opened a loan in my name at this buisness, and when I have asked for proof of contract I have been met with resistance. The number I was provided with the Kentucky legislature that regulates this, also does not have proof of a contract. I live in Lexington, my next stop is to report these crooks to the consumer credit protection agency and then seek legal counsel.
