Head lady was incredibly rude acted like she was doing me a favor for asking for loan.After 30 min I was turned down. Don't rec this place to anyone better off going to pawn shop.the atmosphere is one of Beijing's a peasant asking the queen for a few crumbs.
The worst establishment that I have ever dealt with. They sneak money out of your account and send letters saying you owe them money when you don't. They don't keep good records and their GM Frank Brown has terrible customer service skills. He said I need to find something better to do with my time instead of leaving them a negative review for mistakes made 2 yrs ago. I was only giving an honest review on their business. If you suck, own it
