They're extremely rude, unprofessional & degrading. Sparkle the representative made fun of my partner & I for trying to get a loan. When I first began asking questions about the process, she began huffing & puffing, rolling her eyes and saying "oh my god" before I asked questions about the process and interest rate. She did tell me that the poster in the lobby was inaccurate that showed a lower interest rate for title loans (which may be considered false advertisement).
