Apparently don't go to Bill to make your own arrangements because as soon as you die he'll do the bare minimum to get out of his obligation. That's exactly what he's done with my grandmother's estate.

Mr. Casey was hired by my late grandmother to file her will and trust. Since my grandmother's passing, we have come to discover that the changes my grandmother wanted filed back in 2003 to her will and trust were never taken care of. This has torn our family apart and has lead to court. We paying our total estate to probate court.
