All the staff at the Lawrenceville branch were so helpful while my sisters and I were navigating our mother's trust and estate. Even though we closed that chapter today, will highly recommend this branch and staff for your banking needs.
Poor loan officer who has no respect or care. Asked for a supervisor many times and got nothing. Mailed a couple checks they said they never got them but my back said they where processed. Tried to talk to them about fees had to tell someone else after they loan officer directed me to them then the lady said your loan officer is the one to add or remove fees after I just talked to him.
A great bank to bank at
Been a customer since 2006. We have always received great advisement and excellent and friendly service from CSB. The online and mobile capabilities are helpful as well. Will be a customer here for a long time.
