In the City Of Casey, theft and property damage does not exist. So it’s a free-for-all in this town. Come on down, do a B&E, want to get some anger out, commit some property damage. If you don’t admit it, it didn’t happen, and if nobody sees it, it didn’t happen & if victim cannot prove it, It didn’t happen. It’s sad that these officers are only out to get the city citizens for petty offenses. If you are any kind of an addict, you are allowed to commit any crime you want as long as it is not seen.
