Probably the shittiest Police Department I’ve ever had 10 counter with, their officers will follow you out of a store while they’re off Duty cussing you out and they’re cheap. Won’t do anything about it even if you have a witness.. The chief will lie saying that they have witnesses against you, even though there were no other customers.

It has come to my attention, supported by clear video evidence, that Officer Ian Thomas Kasemeyer of the Casey City Police Department engaged in highly inappropriate and unethical behavior while on duty. In the video, Officer Kasemeyer is seen in uniform with his duty belt and body camera, appearing to have just finished a sexual encounter with another man’s wife. sick and tired of you guys harassing me about picking up my dog shit when I’ve shown you on video that I pick it up, You guys stopped by almost once every week about the bullshit, Yes, I wait until I walk my second dog, but that’s because of how bad my first dog pulls me and I’ve shown you and you guys have told me multiple times that is OK but still stop and harass me. In the City Of Casey, theft and property damage does not exist. So it’s a free-for-all in this town. Come on down, do a B&E, want to get some anger out, commit some property damage. If you don’t admit it, it didn’t happen, and if nobody sees it, it didn’t happen & if victim cannot prove it, It didn’t happen.
