If I could give time zero stars I would. Communication was terrible throughout the process. Do not recommend!
Casey is incredible. Professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and gets it done. He handled a ticket for me in the most convenient way possible, and he communicated very clearly for the entire experience. He was concise, precise, and let me know exactly what to expect. Hope I don't need him again, but I will recommend him to everyone I know!
I called him for some advice on a ticket. He provided some Excellent guidance for free. Overall great guy.
