In the 53 odd years that I have terrorised Melbourne's streets with the use of a bicycle, I have visited and frequented many, many bike shops! Yes, there are a few stand outs, but none with the successful formula which the guys down at Casey cycles display!! For that kind of wisdom, information and experience, you usually have to have very deep pockets, if you know what I mean!! Amazing service at Casey Cycles! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help us out. We came in just before closing with an issue on my son’s bike, and they fixed the brakes on the spot — and didn’t even charge us! It’s rare to find that kind of kindness and dedication these days. Highly recommend Casey Cycles to anyone in need of bike repairs or just great customer service. We’ll definitely be back!

We bought a bike for our son yesterday. The gentleman was very helpful and knowledgeable. We received a free service after 3 months and they also delivered the bike to our home that evening. We are delighted with our purchase and will definitely be returning to Casey Cycles.
Outstanding! We ordered our son a bike at 3:20- the bike was set up and delivered by 4pm!we were within 20km so was FREE delivery. He was super friendly and helpful. If you're looking to get your kids their next bike this is the place to go!
