Came in with some brake issues. Dale was very helpful, gave great advice and got the issue sorted for me.
Very Quick only took about a day to get my scooter rear tyre repaired and good customer service. Go here for all cycles and e scooter or e bikes repairs.
It took 8 days to do a service, the day I went in to pick up my bicycle they had not even started the job, and I was given another day to wait . I was told that an extra service ie. a detailed clean was going to be given for the inconvenience. And tyre and tube install would not be charged which it was. unhappy with the customer service given.
I want to express my gratitude for the exceptional service I received at Casey Cycles. My son's scooter needed a repair, and I made the trek across town since our local shop couldn't assist. Brad and his knowledgeable team were incredibly helpful, informative, and communicative throughout the entire process. I was so impressed with Brad's dedication and professionalism that I even asked if he was the owner!
