Pete chilburg quoted me 1.26 then on the day before signing he says our apr is 3.1. By then it was too late to go to a legitimate loan company. These people are crooks. They changed service companies 3 times in the first year. Raised my payment by 300$ per month a year after signing the loan agreement. This company is an organized crime syndicate. The 3rd world Companies they use to service their customers are abysmal. If you like lube go elsewhere. They have nothing for you here.
Casey is the BEST! We had a couple of mortgage issues while buying a B&B and she went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND our expectations to aid in our endeavor. We wouldn't have been able to make the purchase without her. We are truly grateful for her kindness and expertise.
