Not very parts or servicing friendly. Glorified boutique shop that had made to order and not good place to get parts for a pelican case in case you find it somewhere else. Recommend penn elcom for parts.
Great work on my custom vintage suitcases by Justin. Justin and the whole crew at Case Tech where very helpful with designing and putting this whole set together, even the double decker AR15 movie prop case was their idea. Thank you for a great job at an affordable price.
