Whoever I contacted was very unprofessional. Instead of providing professional advice, he was rude and did not allow me to explain my situation or the reason I was reaching out. If you are going through a stressful situation because of the landlord neglect I strongly advise against contacting this office. They may create more stress, and it seems they consistently take a side that does not favor the tenant.
