The Place always had issues, but was part of the credit union experience. Since the Merger with access it has been hell. Bank cards don't work properly. The service plan I was on was dropped even though we were promised there were comparable plans, so we were put on a pay as you go till we chose a new plan none matched what we had or was even close that went for our adult children as well who said screw it and changed banks. best business banking and personal service branch in Winnipeg. If customers find funds frozen on ATM deposits perhaps they might request an unfreeze on those deposits going forward.
Place is a nightmare. All chirpy & smiley when you walk in but don't expect help. ATM did not dispurse my cash and now I have to WAIT up to 7 days to get MY money back?? How antiguated and geriatric are their systems? I needed my money for a reason and now I have none..... greatest customer service NOT Doesn't even deserve one star
