The Place always had issues, but was part of the credit union experience. Since the Merger with access it has been hell. Bank cards don't work properly. The service plan I was on was dropped even though we were promised there were comparable plans, so we were put on a pay as you go till we chose a new plan none matched what we had or was even close that went for our adult children as well who said screw it and changed banks.
