Averie has been great and set up multiple accounts for me at the best rates I could find. No problems or issues at all with Access on St Anne’s Rd.
Love this location. Help is always friendly. They truly understand customer service. Azlan goes above and beyond to be of assistance.
Doesn't even deserve one star... Place has really gone down hill since it turned into Access Credit union. Made me wait 15 minutes in a que on the phone, just to get none of my questions answered properly. I could not understand the person I was talking with. I then asked to be transferred to a manager so theirs no further confusion. So, once I "got transferred" she hung up on me resulting in me having to then call back and wait even longer like 25 minutes. You cannot understand my level of frustration.
