Doesn't even deserve one star... Place has really gone down hill since it turned into Access Credit union. Made me wait 15 minutes in a que on the phone, just to get none of my questions answered properly. I could not understand the person I was talking with. I then asked to be transferred to a manager so theirs no further confusion. So, once I "got transferred" she hung up on me resulting in me having to then call back and wait even longer like 25 minutes. You cannot understand my level of frustration. Dealt with them years ago, I gave them to chance to get my mortgage business and when I told them the rate they needed to beat, one I was given by someone else, they literally laughed at me. Closed my account after that absurd interaction.
