Just got a case and screen protector for my new iphone from case mogul metrotown. The salesperson was really helpful finding the exact case and screen protector I was looking for (with the privacy screen). She was also super detailed in making sure the case and screen protector were put on perfectly, catching little details I missed. I wasn’t looking forward to having to get my new phone set up before I inevitably drop it but it was really quick and effortless getting it done here. 10/10 would recommend
I got my screen protector installed from this shop a day before yesterday , and after just a few hours, air bubbles appeared under the glass. It feels disappointing because I visited the store only to get a good-quality screen protector. The employee was polite and helpful, but I think the quality of the glass was not good. I even asked if they had better options, but I was told this one was good. Unfortunately, my experience did not match that.
I was in town from Calgary. My phone wouldn't charge on the airplane. There was definitely something wrong. I called in to case mogul Dec 10. Jessica answered the phone. She was very professional very kind. I only use case mogul. I break a lot of phones and Jessica was awesome. She ordered the part in. It came the same day! I was on vacation. This was perfect.
