Although it was tedious, Jessica was very accommodating. The technician who replaced my iPad screen is very knowledgeable. I had issues with jittery lines after repair, I came back and he fixed it. Make sure to call even if you’ve made appointments. Only the technician can fix ur device, if he’s not there, you have to come back other days.

Just got a case and screen protector for my new iphone from case mogul metrotown. The salesperson was really helpful finding the exact case and screen protector I was looking for (with the privacy screen). She was also super detailed in making sure the case and screen protector were put on perfectly, catching little details I missed. I wasn’t looking forward to having to get my new phone set up before I inevitably drop it but it was really quick and effortless getting it done here. 10/10 would recommend
