We came here twice to have the phone fixed. The Service Tech Jessica was amazing, she is polite, knows what to do and helpful. The service charge were reasonable.
Jessica is amazing, she was very helpful and thoughtful in delivering exceptional customer service in fixing my phone problems and suggesting economical solutions. She is a real asset to the company and is the only one I trust with my phone problems in the whole lower mainland.
