Need new representative to answer calls. No way I can be waiting for a representative for over 45 minutes.
Don’t waste your time with their garbage pick up. Took them two weeks to drop my garbage cans off from the day I paid for service. I told them to set auto pay up which didn’t get set up. Never received an email about a past due amount. Ended up with a bill in the mail two months later with a past due amount for both months… paid it and ended service! No emails the first month saying they didn’t receive payment or anything..
