What a useless company. Said there were leaves in can and that isnt "household waste". Called for multiple locations when they fail to pickup trash missed muli weeks in a row takes a month for them do anything refuse to credit account. Dependable goes above and beyond as a company use them.

I will not even give this a one star review....customer service is terrible. My bill has gone up $12 per month since August. Often the trash pickup is moved to another day, pick up times are unreliable, and I just got a $5 extra charge for an additional bag of garbage, ummm they all fit in the trash can and do I get credit for a week that I may be away and no trash is picked up??? No an I am on hold forever to speak with customer service. The problem is they have a monopoly on trash pick up where I live.

Called by Casella Tuesday that the Tuesday pick-up would be pushed to Wednesday. Called Casella Wednesday after no-pickup, and told "the crew said there was no can there". Horsehockey! The can was there since the trash went out Monday night. "We won't be able to get to it until the scheduled pickup next week, but since it is two weeks of trash, there will be an extra charge". Goodbye Casella! Hello Dependable!!

Cassella is completely unreliable. I receive a message from them in average at least once a month stating they cannot complete my pick up on the agreed date. I do not even put out my trash every week, on average twice a month. Collectively this happens at least 10 plus times a year. Today I received a message from them stating they could not pick up my refuse at 5:05 pm. The garbage is typically picked up in the morning. I do not understand why they have such an issue, I am on auto pay and have never been offered any compens... read more
