Cassella is completely unreliable. I receive a message from them in average at least once a month stating they cannot complete my pick up on the agreed date. I do not even put out my trash every week, on average twice a month. Collectively this happens at least 10 plus times a year. Today I received a message from them stating they could not pick up my refuse at 5:05 pm. The garbage is typically picked up in the morning. My in-laws have limited space and can't walk to the end of driveway so they canceled them
Paid for weekly trash pick up and get every other week. Never helped me when called. Worst trash service ever.
We never received containers from this company even though we were charged and waited 3 weeks for them. Use another company if you have the chance!
