How many people work here? Every time I call it's 30 minutes on hold!
Avoid using their trash and recycling pick up services at your home. They often miss scheduled pickups, and their customer service is completely absent. While they do answer the phone, they never provide any solutions. They might offer to create a "case" for you, but none of the cases I opened were ever actually recorded or dealt with.
It's a power station, not many visitors but the staff was friendly. I delivered a load of oil.
