Nice service, professional people
Very unreliable. Look for a different company. Over the last year, drivers have regularly refused to come down our street, while our neighbors trash providers maintain their picks ups. I have heard every excuse not to pick up our garbage, some legitimate but some down right ridiculous. I don’t know what has changed in this company but they are not what they once were. Save yourself the phone calls and stress. Skip Casella and look for a different garbage removal company.
Charging more and more each month which I found ridiculous and absurd because the service was worse and worse each month some months they never even came when they were supposed to multiple times a month the only reason I was going through them is because they bought Austin's rubbish and I wish they never sold to cassella worse company I've ever dealt with in their line of work if i could mark a zero i would
