I ordered a dumpster and paid in full when I ordered it. 16 days later I get an email saying I owe the full amount. I called the billing department and Brent was extremely rude cutting me off while I was trying to explain what is happening on my side and just flat out told me I was wrong. I’ve been on hold for over an hour and was immediately placed back on hold. Go somewhere else for a dumpster than this joke of a business.
Trying to get a dumpster at my home but they refuse until I pay over $400 of someone else's bill! It's not the address who has the bill it's the neglectful clown who didn't pay their bill not my problem! But it is my problem cause this company is trying to force us to pay someone else's almost 5 year old bill!
