Horrible service This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Since I moved into my house last July they have missed picking up my trash at least 5 times. The last three times I have called to report a missed pick up I asked to speak to a manager. Two times I was told the manager was "really busy with weight slips" and he would get back to me. Committed To Treat Customers With Care This company not only has great customer service, but the people who remove the weekly trash & recycling are astounding. I am notified of any delays in service (due to weather or unforeseen event), and waste removal is then done as soon as possible on the day, or at the worst, the very next day. Holidays are told in advance at the beginning of the year, and if one falls on my scheduled pick-up day, waste is removed the next day.
