I have worked in construction for 15 years and have never come across such a terrible company. I only used this service out of desperation. After calling other haulers I was told Casella "bought up all the local companies" and now provides subpar services at top tier rates. I heard this but again, needed a dumpster desperately so took my chances figuring it was a short term rental and I'd just get it picked up and closed out asap. I ordered my Dumpster on 10/30. HORRIBLE! I WISH I CAN GIVE 0 STARS HERE. THIS IS THE WORST WASTE COMPANY I HAVE EVER DELT WITH IN MY LIFE IVE HAD THERE SERVICE SINCE AUGUST 2024 AND THEY HAVE CAME ONLY 3 TIMES OUT OF THE 1 DAY OF THE WEEK THAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO. DRIVERS LOOK AT THE GARBGE GET THERE LITTLE CLIP BOARD WRITE WHAT THEY WANT ON IT AND DRIVE OFF HAS HAPPENED MULTIPLE TIMES I HAVE CAMERAS ALL OVER MY PROERTY.
